1. Description:
Metal hard seal butterfly valve can ensure that the temperature range from ultra-low temperature to ultra-high temperature has a high sealing performance.
Pneumatic flange ventilation butterfly valve actuator is divided into single action and double action, single action has two forms of normally open and normally closed, can be reset to the initial state in emergency (open or closed).
Can be equipped with valve positioner, the pipeline medium parameters for proportional adjustment, to achieve automatic control.
Fluid resistance is small, the flow area of medium and large diameter pneumatic flange butterfly valve is large when it is fully opened, and the opening and closing are rapid and labor-saving.

3. Features:
- Pneumatic flanged butterfly valve enters the actuator through compressed air, drives the actuator to drive the butterfly plate to do 90 degrees of rotation, and is used as a pipeline switch and flow regulation.
- So-called switch mode control, that is, only for the valve to open and close.
- Adjustment control is in the pneumatic actuator assembly valve positioner, input the corresponding signal, the butterfly valve plate for 0~90 degrees of arbitrary adjustment, to achieve the medium flow, pressure, temperature and other parameters control.
- Pneumatic flange ventilation butterfly valve has two seal types: elastic seal and metal seal.

- Butterfly valve with metal seal can adapt to higher working temperature, generally longer than the butterfly valve with elastic seal.
