turnnion mounted ball valve is widely used in oil, nature gas pipeline and the industries of
liquid gas, coal gas, etc. as an open/close control element.
The design of seat seal uses unique two-level soft seal and metal to metal seal to form triple sealing to
ensure seal reliability with small open/close torque and easy operation. So it is safe and free of maintenance
to use this series of ball valve. This type of valves has advantage of less weighted and cost effective.
It is ideal for frequent on-off flow control in big size and high pressure pipeline.

The Series 21/18 offers unsurpassed reliability with a body machined from solid wrought materials, providing maximum strength and virtually eliminating porosity. Materials include Stainless Steel, Monel, Titanium and others as required.
The 21/18 utilizes a split body design. The body seal is totally encapsulated to prevent cold flow. Positive cavity venting into the upstream piping is accomplished by a relief hole in the ball. The 21/18 is available in ASME 150-900 pressure ratings and low torque operation down to -452°F (-269°C), a result of our exclusively designed Cryofil seats. The leak-proof integrity of the valve is further enhanced by a welded bonnet design and Chevron V-ring packing, which can be adjusted by a simple turn of the stem nut.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Trunnion ball valves have the obturator bounded by trunnions which do not allow axial displacements of the ball itself in the flow direction; line pressure compresses the seat onto the ball, the contact between surfaces generates the valve sealing; trunnion standard construction ensure automatic cavity relief in case of overpressure in body cavity; these valves can be selected for a wide range of applications with no specific limits to sizes and pressures.
