Construction
Globe valve straight pattern have construction, which satisfy request of the newest actual world norms and standards.Valve body is consisted of body and bonnet, connected with bolts from cast steel. Valve manipulation is accomplished with axial movement of threaded stem with outside screw and yoke bushing.
Connections can be made by flanged or with butt welding ends. Flanges are always integral and body with welding ends is especially cast.
Disc is made as separate part, connection with stem is firm and safe, but with possibility for slightly position adjustment. When servicing this connection can be detached.
Body materials is carbon or alloy steel resistant on high temperature, as is in list of materials, inner parts (stem and seating surfaces) are always from stainless steel in accordance with standard for product.
Seating surfaces in body is made and form from quality stainless materials welded on body ring, and disc.

Stem sealing is made from stem packing that is made from quality braid based on pure graphite with large pressure and temperature resistance, also as resistance on aggressive fluids. If is necessary, sealing surfaces can be tightened during work with bolts for gland tightening.

Application:
Globe valve straight pattern can be applied on all pipes and plant with non-aggressive fluids for body materials listed in list of materials.
Materials listed in list of materials a specified in valuable standards, and for them pressure/temperature rate are according with BS 1560 standard Part 2.
Before installation it is needed to check mark on body for allowed flow direction. Globe valve can be operated with handwheel and with other operating devices, as is electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuator.

Testing:
Et the end of production process for every globe valve straight pattern final testing is performed. In this testing functionality in manipulating and in sealing are tested. This testing is performed according with norms and standards for testing (API 598 or BS 6755:1).
All testing are recorded according with established and certified procedures of Quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000.
